Suno v5.5 — feature reference
Suno describes v5.5 as its most expressive model yet, with Voices, Custom Models, and My Taste. Below is an unofficial summary; confirm details on suno.com and Suno Help.
What’s new in v5.5
Voices
The next step from Personas (which recall a song’s style): Voices capture your voice so you can hear yourself in Suno songs—record or upload audio, then complete verification by matching a random spoken phrase to your clip. Pro and Premier subscribers; your Voices are private to your account.
Custom Models
Pro and Premier users can create up to three custom model variants. Upload tracks from your own catalog (music made outside Suno) so the model learns your style.
My Taste
Available to all users. Suno learns what you gravitate toward—genres, moods, and habits—so results fit your taste better over time.

Vocal Personas & Voices
Vocal Personas (v5 era) give identity persistence for a virtual singer: save a vocal you like and reuse timbre, accent, and style across tracks.
Personas vs Voices
Voices in v5.5 adds your real voice—verified and private—while Personas stay great for fictional or character voices.
ReMi lyrics model
The ReMi model targets rhyme schemes and syllabic flow. It can lean poetic, abstract, or street-style depending on your lyrics prompt.
