Turn your Suno lyrics into timed lyrics and subtitles
Use this tool after you have a song you want to keep. Load the audio and its lyrics, listen to the vocal delivery, and mark when the words begin. Export synced lyrics for a music player, or subtitles for a lyric video. You can also import an existing LRC or SRT file to correct its timing.
This is a manual lyrics editor: it does not transcribe vocals or automatically align a song. Start with the words actually sung in your audio, including repeated choruses, ad-libs and any changed lines.
Prepare your audio and lyrics
Paste a public Suno song link above to import audio and available lyrics. You can also save your song with the Suno downloader, choose the local audio file and paste the lyrics. Use the same version of the song throughout: an extended, cropped or remastered version may have different timing.
Put each sung line on its own row. Remove labels such as [Verse] and [Chorus] with Remove Meta tags before loading the lyrics. Check the result so that bracketed words you intend to sing are not lost.
Sync lyrics in four steps
- Load your files. Choose audio, then paste your lyrics and select Start lyric timing. After the countdown, playback begins from the current position. Alternatively, import LRC or SRT to start from existing timestamps.
- Play and stamp. Press Tab as each word is sung, or tap Stamp on a phone. The selected word advances after each stamp. Press Enter to mark the end of a sung line; longer pauses can then remain clear in the exported subtitles.
- Correct the timing. Select a word and edit Word time, or use the minus and plus buttons to move it by 0.1 seconds. Slow playback down for a fast phrase. Use Undo to reverse an accidental change.
- Preview and export. Listen through the transitions between lines, then choose Download for LRC, SRT or VTT. Use Embed into MP3 when you want lyrics stored in a new MP3 file.
Which lyrics format should you choose?

Time the first word of every line to enable downloads. If you leave other words untimed, their times are estimated between stamped anchors. Stamp every word when you need more accurate karaoke highlighting.
Fix early, late or drifting lyrics
The whole song is early or late
Use Offset to shift all timestamps together. A positive value moves lyrics later; a negative value moves them earlier. For example, +0.5 delays the lyrics by half a second. Times shifted before the beginning are clamped to zero.
Only one phrase is wrong
Edit individual word times, or use Re-stamp to clear one line and time it again. A global offset will also move the lines that are already correct, so use it only for a consistent delay.
If the lyrics gradually drift, check that you loaded the same audio version used for the original timestamps. Listen near the beginning, middle and end rather than checking only the opening line. An out-of-order warning means a word was timed earlier than a previous word; review those stamps before exporting.
Using the editor on desktop and mobile
On desktop, Tab stamps while audio is playing; pause playback to use Tab for normal navigation. The arrow keys move between words, and Ctrl/Cmd+Z undoes timing edits when you are not typing in an input. On mobile, use Stamp, Undo and the word-time controls. Headphone or Bluetooth delay can affect when you hear a word, so check the exported timing against playback.
Saved sessions and privacy
Local audio and pasted lyrics are processed in your browser. Importing a Suno link makes network requests to retrieve the song details and audio; the imported song is then edited in your browser. The editor saves lyric text and timing in this browser so you can restore a timed session after reloading. The last imported audio remains available in this tab until you reload or leave. If you close the audio, import the same link again to restore it without downloading again; your lyrics and timing remain intact. Audio is not saved across page reloads: choose the same local file again to continue a restored timing session.
Browser storage can be cleared or unavailable in private browsing, so download your work before relying on it later. Site analytics and privacy choices are described in our privacy policy.
Common questions
Why is Download disabled?
At least one line is missing its starting timestamp. Time the first word in every line; the progress message shows how many lines are ready.
Why does my audio not play?
Playback depends on the file's codec and your browser. Try a playable MP3 or WAV copy if the selected format does not open. Renaming a file extension does not convert the audio.
Can I change the lyrics after timing them?
Yes. Select Edit lyrics, make your changes, then choose Continue lyric timing. The editor keeps your playback position and returns to the active lyric after the countdown. Unchanged lines retain their timing; new or changed lines need to be timed again. Review repeated lines if you rearrange a chorus.
Will the original audio file change?
No. Subtitle exports create separate text files, and MP3 embedding downloads a new copy. Keep your original file until you have checked the result in your preferred player.
Can I create timestamps from a Suno link here?
Yes. Paste a public Suno song link to import playable audio and available lyric text. If lyrics are missing, paste them yourself. Import does not transcribe vocals or create timestamps; listen and stamp the words yourself. Private, deleted or unavailable songs may not load; local audio upload remains available.
