Privacy Policy
This policy describes how we handle information when you use this website and the extension. We are an independent project; we are not Suno, Inc., and the extension is not an official Suno product.
1. Website (usesuno.com)
Analytics and traffic
We may use Google Analytics (Google tag gtag.js) to understand aggregate traffic—such as page views and general device/region data. Google’s terms and privacy notices apply to that processing. You can use browser controls, ad blockers, or Google’s opt-out tools to limit analytics where available.
2. Extension — what runs where
suno.com scope
The extension is designed to operate only on https://suno.com and its subdomains, in line with its permissions. It helps you read and fill Style Prompt fields while you use Suno. We do not claim any access to Suno accounts beyond what you do in the browser with the extension installed.
3. Data stored locally
On-device storage
- Your saved Style Prompts and related metadata (for example edit time, usage counts, UI preferences) are stored using Chrome extension storage APIs on your device unless you enable sync or cloud features.
- You may export or import data as JSON from the extension popup where that feature is provided.
4. Chrome sync (optional)
Cross-device sync
If you enable storage.sync (or equivalent in the UI), Chrome may synchronize extension data across your devices when you are signed into Chrome. That processing is governed by Google’s privacy policy. We do not operate Chrome’s sync servers.
5. Optional cloud (Supabase or similar)
Sign-in and database
If you choose to connect optional cloud backup or sign-in:
- Authentication may use Google OAuth and/or email magic link, depending on configuration.
- Your prompts may be stored in a project database (for example a table such as
spm_user_prompts) and merged with local data according to rules in the app (for example by latest update time). - Supabase (or your configured provider) processes account and database requests under their terms. You should review their privacy policy for the project you connect to.
If you do not enable cloud features, we do not send your prompts to that backend.
6. Optional community features
Community and moderation
When a backend is fully configured, features such as trending lists, favorites, publishing (which may be moderated), likes, or reports may process content you choose to submit and interaction metadata needed to operate those features. Do not post personal data you do not want visible in community contexts.
7. What we do not do
Sales and model training
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use your prompts to train generalized AI models unless we explicitly say so in a future update and give you a clear choice; the current product is prompt management, not model training.
8. Children
Age limits
The site and extension are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
9. International users
Cross-border processing
If you use the service from outside your home country, data may be processed in countries where Google, Supabase, or other providers operate facilities.
10. Changes
Policy updates
We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
